Our partnership team have made their own funds available for development loans, but the demand continues to grow we are now opening this exciting opportunity to other investors.
Our team work closely with property professionals and match them with suitable lenders. We prioritise quickly establishing the loan to value calculation, the loan amount required, the term, and details of each project. This enables us to promptly match them to the lender who will be best suited.
We prepare an initial summary of each investment and present it to the lender whom we feel would want to take advantage of the opportunity. The investor can then make an informed decision as to whether they wish to proceed to the next phase.
Once a lender has agreed in principle to provide the loan, our team will arrange for the Solicitors to become involved, and for the full due diligence procedure to begin.
The lender has no financial obligations until the loan documentation is finalised and a loan completion date is agreed by the solicitors.
